My name is Lucie Höllfritsch. For over a decade, I’ve been in managing positions in law firms and leading teams of up to 60 people, in roles ranging from Deal Manager to Director of Operations. Along the way, I’ve had countless opportunities to see the inner workings of law firm structures and transformation processes – learning exactly why so many projects hit bumps in the road.

The key? Effective project management and communication. Combine that with a deep understanding of legal operations, and it’s no surprise that legal transformation projects are my sweet spot. Guiding professionals through this industry’s unique challenges, motivating them to thrive, and helping their businesses grow is what drives me every day.
