My expertise in a nutshell.
With over 15 years of professional experience, including 5 years in corporate finance consulting and over 10 years for law firms, I offer a unique mix of financial expertise and in-depth knowledge of law firm operations. My career began in Corporate Finance, where I gained valuable insights into M&A transactions and company evaluations. After moving into the legal sector, I managed billion-dollar mandates, handled budget control, and led the project management office for the VW emissions case for a highly renowned German law firm. I built and led a 15-person Managed Services team for a UK Magic Circle law firm, focusing on process optimization, team building, and establishing a sustainable profit center model. Most recently, I managed operations for 60-member formalities team in a european patent law firm, overseeing a transformation project spotlighting the conjunctions of operational system, workflows and competences.
Uniting all sides for real change.
In my various roles across full service business and patent law firms, I’ve learned to quickly adapt to all kinds of professional and cultural settings. Along the way, I’ve gained a full view of the challenges law firms face – from the daily hurdles ground-level teams encounter to the big-picture decisions that shape long-term growth. My work focuses on bringing everyone together so law firms can get the most out of transformation and thrive amid changing tech, regulations, and client demands. And yes, this requires the right tools and strategies, but above all, it needs two essential ingredients: professional project management and clear, effective communication. A supportive, collaborative culture is the only way people feel empowered to adapt, learn, grow, and navigate change with confidence. If there’s one thing I’m committed to bringing, it’s exactly that. I’m ready for today’s unique law firm challenges (and let’s just say, there’s no shortage!). I know how to make change stick – and bring real value along the way.

Our Values
Passion
I care deeply about what I do — and I bring that energy into every project. Passion means thinking beyond what’s expected and moving things forward with focus and intent. It’s what fuels my curiosity, my commitment to growth, and my drive to deliver work that feels personal, not just professional.
Transparency
I believe trust is built through openness. I work in a way that’s honest, clear, and collaborative — because when everyone truly understands where we’re starting from, we can move with confidence toward the right goals. Transparency means staying grounded, being flexible, and always keeping communication on eye level.
Joy
Joy, for me, is the confidence in what’s possible — even when the path is uncertain. It’s what makes me excited about the work, the people I work with, and what we can build together. I bring optimism and presence into my projects, because I believe the best results come when we’re not just working hard, but enjoying the process.
Let’s connect.
I’m always happy to hear from you, so feel free to drop me a line! No message is too small (or too big!), and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
